With 17 years of experience specialising in investment and non-investment hiring, Alex has partnered with some of the world’s leading Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms and Trading Houses to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
In Investment hiring, Alex has a wealth of experience sourcing Portfolio Managers covering Credit, Macro, Commodities, Distressed Debt and Long-Short Equities. In non-financial hiring, he has built an impressive track record in Compliance, Risk, Operations and Finance roles, supporting both buy-side and sell-side institutions.
Alex’s career began in London, where he spent 12 years earning a reputation for integrity and excellence, achieving accolades such as Best Recruiter in Compliance in the Financial Sector.
In 2019 he relocated to New York to set up Black Swan Search Inc for the parent company Black Swan Group. After 5 years of trading Hunter Knowles Search acquired the U.S. business from Black Swan Group.
While living in the United States he resided in Manhattan and Westchester, to expand his expertise and deliver high-quality placements in the U.S. financial sector.
